I'm a Dynamics 365 platform administrator, and I've built and supported systems for the kind of organizations we now serve.
I come from aerospace manufacturing, with hands-on experience in quality management systems and compliance, the kind of ISO 9001 and AS9100-caliber rigor where a process gap isn't a nuisance, it's a grounded aircraft. That discipline shaped how I build software: process first, traceability always.
I've worked in large, complex enterprise environments, which is a firsthand education in how organizations actually operate, where work really gets stuck, and what it takes to move something through.
Before IdealixAI, I led the build and support of a state charter authority's grants management system, delivered through Insight. I sat with the program, learned the compliance reality, and built to it. That work is the foundation of the IdealixAI Grants Management System.
