Do we need a Dynamics 365 license?
No. Foundations is web-based.
Who uses it?
Grant administrators and staff use the staff workspace. The schools or organizations they fund use a separate portal to apply, request reimbursement and track payments. Each person sees only what their role allows.
Can we use only the parts we need?
Yes. The core covers programs, applications, budgets and payments. Reimbursements, purchase orders and Time & Effort are optional modules.
What is Time & Effort?
