Your system works. Now make sure your team can explain it.
We review your Dynamics 365 or Power Platform environment and write down how it actually works: every customization, key process, security role and risk. You end up with a knowledge base of your own system that stays with you when people leave.

From "only one person knows how this works" to a system your team understands
Your system works, but nobody can fully explain it.
- Customizations piled up across vendors and staff turnover.
- There are no release notes and no regression testing, and changes went in undocumented.
- Every fix feels risky, and audits, upgrades and handoffs keep stalling.
Undocumented customizations
Flows, plug-ins and scripts nobody remembers adding.
Knowledge in people's heads
When the one person who knows leaves, the knowledge leaves too.
Changes nobody can test
No release notes, no regression tests, no change control.
Five areas of your environment
1. Environments
Solutions and layering, environment strategy, storage and API use.
2. Customizations
Tables and columns, forms, views, JavaScript, plug-ins, Power Automate flows, classic workflows, business process flows, Power Pages and integrations.
3. Processes
Your solutions and key business processes, documented in plain language.
4. Security
Security roles, business units, teams and field-level security, with over-privileged access flagged.
5. Risks
Missing regression testing, no release notes or change control, undocumented changes, unmanaged solutions in production, and deprecated features.
A knowledge base of your own system
The point of a Health Check isn't a report that sits in a folder. It's written knowledge about your environment that belongs to you and outlasts any one employee or vendor.
Customization inventory
What exists, where it lives, and what depends on what.
Process documentation
How your key processes actually run, in plain language a new admin can follow.
Security review
Who can see and do what, and where access is wider than it should be.
Risk register
The risks in your environment, rated, so you know what to address first.
Prioritized roadmap
Quick wins, then a 90-day or 12-month plan, depending on tier.
Change-control and release-notes templates, plus a regression test checklist
Comprehensive tier. So future changes get documented as they happen.
When someone leaves, the knowledge stays.
Three tiers, scoped to your environment
| Essentials | Standard | Comprehensive | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Environments | 1 (Production) | Up to 2 (e.g. Dev + Prod) | Up to 3 (Dev, UAT, Prod) |
| Customization inventory | Summary | Full inventory | Full inventory + dependency map |
| Process documentation | 1–2 key processes | Up to 5 processes | Up to 10 processes + integration overview |
| Security review | High-level findings | Role-by-role review | Role matrix + recommended redesign |
| Risk register | Top 10 risks | Full register, rated | Full register + change-control and release-notes templates + regression test checklist |
| Report & roadmap | Findings memo + quick wins | Written report + 90-day roadmap | Written report + 12-month roadmap + executive briefing |
| Typical timeline | About 2 weeks | 3–4 weeks | 5–6 weeks |
Additional environments or processes can be added to any tier. Quotes on request.
Six steps from kickoff to walkthrough
Kickoff
We confirm scope and tier. You name one point of contact.
Access
Within 5 business days, you grant read-only System Administrator (or equivalent) access. We don't change anything in your environment.
Interviews
Short remote conversations with the people who use and support the system.
Assessment
Automated and manual review across the five areas above.
Documentation
We write up the inventory and processes and assemble the security and risk review.
Report and walkthrough
We deliver the knowledge base and roadmap, and walk your team through it.
The Health Check is assessment and documentation only. It doesn't include fixes or builds. It works in your own Microsoft cloud, Commercial or GCC.
Organizations running a heavily customized environment
Especially if:
- the people or vendors who built it have moved on
- there's little or no documentation
- an audit, upgrade or migration is coming up
- every change feels like a gamble
Typical organizations: mid-market companies, nonprofits, local government and K-12 districts.
Support scoped from your findings
If you want help acting on the roadmap, we offer ongoing support scoped from your findings, on a fixed monthly plan or a pool of hours, whichever fits your budget.
- Response targets: P1 within 4 business hours, P2 within 8 business hours, P3/P4 within 3–5 business days.
- Monthly training session.
- Monthly status meeting with a change log and release notes.
- Optional enhancements, quoted per request. Large new builds are scoped separately.
Part of the Health Check fee is credited toward the support agreement when you sign within a set window after delivery. Ask us for details.
